前部缺血性视神经病变的FFA及视野临床分析

The Clinical Analysis of Fluorescence Fundus Angiography and Visual Field to Anterior Ischemic Optic Neuropathy

目的:探讨眼底荧光造影和视野检查对前部缺血性视神经病变的诊断作用。方法:对确诊为前部缺血性视神经病变45例患者50只眼行眼底荧光血管造影检查、视野检查等,对其结果进行分析。结果:50眼眼底荧光血管造影早期视盘部分或大部分荧光充盈迟缓或缺损,伴有相应的视野缺损。结论:前部缺血性视神经病变的诊断应结合临床症状、眼底、视野和眼底荧光血管造影检查结果。

Objective To discuss the diagnosis effect of fluorescence fundus angiography and visual field to anterior ischemic optic neuropathy. Methods 50 eyes of 45 anterior ischemic optic neuropathy patient were checked by fluorescence fundus angiography, perimetry and so on, the result were analyzed.Results The fluorescence fundus angiography effect of 50 eyes show the optic papilla delayed filling or fluorescence defect partly in earlier period,and show corresponding visual field defect.Conclusion The diagnosis of anterior ischemic optic neuropathy showed be combined with the result of clinical symptom, fundus oculi, field of vision and fluorescence fundus angiography.
