摘要
目前胶带输送机的张紧装置均采用重锤式或液压装置,但随着胶带输送机运输材料的丰富、运输长度和驱动装置的增加、工艺的多样性等一系列变化,现有的张紧方式已无法满足皮带机越来越高的张紧要求。以已实施的自主集成开发项目:宝钢分公司运输部马迹山二期扩建工程的皮带机自动张紧装置为实例,阐述变压变频(VVVF)驱动方式在胶带输送机张紧装置上的应用。

However, with the abundance of transportation materials on the belt conveyor, with the increase in conveyance length and quantity of drive units, with the diversity of the process, etc. , the existing tension mechanism cannot meet higher tension requirements for the belt conveyor. An integration development project, the tension device for Baosteel Branch Phase Ⅱ belt conveyors, was taken as an example, and the application of the VVVF drive mode in the tension device of the belt conveyors was elaborated.
