摘要
综合论述了钢中非金属夹杂物分析时所采用的定性和定量分析方法,有金相法、岩相法、X-射线粉末衍射法、电子探针法、透射电镜法、扫描电镜法、离子探针法以及Mossbauer光谱法。重点介绍钢中氧化物夹杂、氮化物夹杂、硫化物夹杂和稀土氧化物夹杂的化学分离和定量分析技术,并针对夹杂物的大小、分布、数量和结构等方面对不同分析技术的用途和优、缺点进行了简要的归纳。随着氧化物冶金工艺和纯净钢产品的开发,非金属夹杂物的分析将面临着新任务。
The qualitative and quantitative analysis methods used to analyze non-metallic inclusions in steel are discussed, including metallographic and lithofacies analysis, X-ray powder diffraction, electron probe microanalyser XRD, TEM, scanning electron microscope, ionic probe and Mossbauer spectrum. Technologies of the chemical separation and quantitative analysis are focused, such as inclusions of oxide, nitride, sulphide and rare earth oxide. The uses, together with strong and weak points of different analysical technologies are summarized based on the inclusion' s size, distribution, amount and structure. With the development of the oxide metallurgical technology and pure steel products, the analysis of non-metallic inclusions will be facing new challenges.
