厚板厂冷矫直机区域全自动控制功能失效的原因分析及对策

摘要 为了保证钢板的平直度,冷矫直机是厚板厂后区必不可少的设备。宝钢分公司厚板厂5m宽厚板冷矫直机在电气自动化调试、试生产中,发现冷矫直机区域全自动控制功能失效的问题。从冷矫直机的控制顺序、控制系统特性、控制功能等方面,分析了出现问题的三大原因,提出解决该问题的方案,取得了较好的效果,确保了全自动控制功能的投入。 Cold plate levelers play an important role in the heavy plate mill's finishing area. They are for steel plate' s flatness. In periods of electric automation debugging and trial production, the cold plate leveler for Baosteel' s 5m heavy plates has a crucial problem: the fully automatic control system failed to function. The three causes which led to the failure were analyzed in terms of the leveler's sequential control, features of the control system and control functions. A scheme for solving this problem was advanced, and good results were obtained, which ensured functions of the leveler' s full automation.
