摘要
铁矿石库存管理是钢铁企业不可或缺的生产管理要素之一,铁矿石的安全库存能够保证钢铁企业的正常生产,降低外界供应紧张所带来的压力,也能够在生产不稳定期间减缓波动。可以说,铁矿石库存对整个钢铁生产至关重要。但另一方面,由于铁矿石库存量大,需要占用企业庞大的日常流动资金,同时也掩盖了物流过程的不足。所以,研究铁矿石库存的管理方法不但是有关于钢铁企业生产安全的课题,更是有关于钢铁企业成本管理的课题。从数学模型的角度初步分析了矿石库存量和库存管理模式方面的联系,以期建立有效的铁矿石库存模型控制库存量,在库存安全的前提下实现成本最优。
The iron ore inventory management is one of the most important production management factors for an iron and steel enterprise. It will guarantee the enterprise' s regular production, ease the pressure caused by the supply shortage and keep low fluctuation during the unstable production period. On the other hand, a huge inventory of iron ore will need a huge operating fund to support, and will cover up an insufficient logistics process. The iron ore inventory management method is not only a topic concerning a steel producer' s safe production, but also a topic concerning a steel producer' s cost management. In this article, a preliminary analysis of the relationship between size of the iron ore inventory and mode of the inventory management was made for the purpose of establishing an iron ore inventory model to control the inventory and achieve the lowest production cost on the basis of safe inventory.
