介绍了欧洲海上风电的开发阶段、海上风电技术发展的里程碑;从海上风资源评估、风电机组、海上风电场设计和并网等方面论述了海上风电的主要技术特点;比较了海上和陆上风电的成本结构,并根据已建成的海上风电项目的投资成本数据,分析了海上风电的经济性。
The phases and milestones of off-shore wind power development in Europe were described in details; key characteristics of off-shore wind power technology were summarized in terms of offshore wind energy resources assessment, offshore wind power generator and offshore wind farm design as well as grid connection etc. ; cost structures of on-shore and off-shore wind power project were compared, and economic performance of off-shore wind power was analyzed based on related data of exiting off-shore wind power projects.
