摘要
垃圾填埋是目前世界上主要的垃圾处理方式。填埋产生的填埋气如果直接排放到大气中会带来环境危害,但填埋气富含甲烷,是很好的可再生能源。热气机采用外部燃烧方式,非常适合燃烧填埋气,尽管填埋气具有浓度变化大、热值低和腐蚀性强等特点。而且热气机对气体前处理要求低,可以节约系统造价。针对热气机连续燃烧的特点,采用稀薄燃烧和燃气再循环技术,开发了一套新型旋流扩散燃烧系统和燃烧控制系统,并通过在垃圾填埋场的现场试验验证了该系统的有效性。
Sanitary landfilling is the primary method for municipal and household solid waste disposal in the world. Landfill gas is harmful to environment, but it is a good reproducible resoure because it contains CH4 richly. Even the landfill gas has the characters of fluctuant CH4 concentration, low heat capacity and strong corrosiveness ere, the stirling engine is still suitable to recovery the landfill gas because the engine combustion is outside. The other merit of outside combustion is the simple pretreatment to landfill gas. According to continuous burning of stirling engine, the information and procedures of a new diffusion combustor and control system combining the technique of combustion gas circulation and lean burning were provided. The combustor and control system was proved valid by the test which did on landfill.
