摘要
改革开放以来,贵州教育发展取得了令人瞩目的成绩。但由于种种原因,贵州教育发展目前还存在教育发展整体水平偏低,民族地区"两基"巩固任务艰巨,省内城乡教育差异较大,教师队伍整体结构不合理等矛盾和问题,教育公平所面临的形势比较严峻。把沉重的人口负担转化为丰富的人力资源优势,将是贵州地方政府与各族人民在现阶段乃至相当长一段时间内所要致力解决的主要问题。
