摘要
将新收获21%以下水分的稻谷直接入仓,边入仓边利用地上笼通风系统干燥粮堆下层稻谷,入仓结束后,适时运用立管通风系统进行就仓干燥。稻谷水分由干燥前的17.5%降为干燥后的13.0%,干燥后各层稻谷水分相对均匀,霉菌带菌量及菌相、黄曲霉毒素B1均基本保持不变,较好地保持了稻谷品质。在干燥过程中,采用智能通风控制系统,适时控制风机和高效节能加热器的启停,降低了劳动强度,提高了干燥效率,经济效益和社会效益显著。
The freshely harvested paddy with high moisture content less than 21%had been put in warehouse directly with the ventilation by air-ducting on ground being used at the same time to dry the of paddy lower layer. The vertical tube ventilation had been used for in-store drying at appropriate chance. After drying, the moisture content of paddy decreased form 17.5% to 13.0%m each layer of paddy bulk had even moisture content and kept stable mold varieties,mold concentration and AFB1 content,the paddy quality maintained well. In the course of drying,the intelligent ventilation system was used to control fans and heaters so that the efficiency of drying increased. As a result,the economic and social benefits are significant.
