摘要
对不同区段的小麦水分和湿面筋指标分别应用国家标准方法和InfratecTM1241近红外谷物分析仪进行检测,对两种方法的测定值进行分析,结果表明,InfratecTM1241近红外谷物分析仪具有检测速度快、与国标方法相关系数高、检测结果重现性好的特点,适合在储备粮采购中应用。
Infratec^tm1241 near infrared termination of moisture and wet spectroscopy （NIRS） was compared with State Standard method for degluten of grain. The results showed that Infratec^tm1241 NIRS had the advantages of rapid determination,high correlativity with State Standard method and good reproducibility,it is suitable for use in purchase.
