摘要
人文精神的培养是高等职业教育一项重要使命,但目前随着社会变革的加剧,西方思潮大举入侵,航海职业教育自身发展中也存在着学科结构单一、重专业轻基础等缺陷,造成了学生人文知识贫乏和人文精神淡薄。航海职业教育中人文精神的培养可通过四种途径:即适当增加人文课程比重;将人文精神的培养与专业教育相结合;营造富于人文精神的校园文化;发挥学生主体作用,丰富人文教育的实践形式。
Abstract: Cultivation of humanistic spirits is an important mission of higher vocational education. However, dramatic social reforms ,influx of western thoughts and "single disciplinary structure with more emphasis on specialty" in marine vocational education has led to the students' lack of humanistic knowledge and spirits. This paper, based on the present situation, points out four cultivation approaches to humanistic spirits, namely, properly adding more humanity courses, combining the cultivation of humanistic spirits with vocational education, constrncting humanistic spirit environment on campus ,and displaying the students' subjectivity together with enriching the practical contents of humanistic education.
