With the development of financial industry, financial supervision has experienced an evolution from emergence, comprehensive supervision, to deregulation, then supervision again. During the evolution, financial institutions and financial regulatory bodies have gamed with each other, achieving common reformation and great progress, financial regulatory concepts and means are being updated constantly. Financial regulation has no more than regulation and supervision over financial institutions, it has borne a greater burden for leading financial reform, helping financial institutions to strengthen international competitiveness and promote economy growth.
