摘要 目的:探讨多效营养因子(Pleiotrophin,PTN)和中期因子(Midkine,MK)蛋白在子宫内膜异位症(Endometriosis,EMs)患者在位内膜组织中的表达变化及临床意义。方法:应用免疫组化链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶连接(SP)法,检测30例EMs患者(研究组)的在位内膜组织及29例子宫肌瘤患者(对照组)的内膜组织中PTN和MK蛋白的表达。结果:PTN蛋白主要在子宫内膜腺上皮细胞浆和细胞膜中表达,而MK蛋白阳性表达也主要定位于子宫内膜腺上皮细胞的细胞浆,部分标本细胞核也有阳性表达。EMs组中PTN和MK蛋白表达均较对照组显著升高(P均<0.001)。结论:PTN和MK蛋白在EMs患者的在位内膜过度表达,导致其血管生成能力增强。EMs在位内膜中PTN和MK蛋白的表达变化可能与EMs的发生发展有关。 Objective:To study the expression of Pleiotrophin and Midkine protein in endometrium of endometriosis and its clinical significance. Methods: Expressions of Pleiotrophin and Midkine protein were examined by immunohistochemical staining method in 30 endometrial samples of endometriosis(study group) and 29 endometrium of uterine fibroid(control group). Result: Pleiotrophin protein mainly expressed in the membrane and plasma of glandular epithelium of endometrium.Midkine protein mainly expressed in the plasma of grandular epithelium of endometrium and expressed in nuclei in some samples.The expression of Pleiotrophin and Midkine protein in endometriosis was significantly higher than that in the control group(P〈0.001). Conclusions:over-expression of PTN and MK protein in endometrium of endometriosis correlated to endometriotic cell angiogenesis.The change of PTN and MK expression in endometrium of endometriosis may relate to the pathogenesis of endometriosis.
