三甲丙咪嗪对精神分裂症症状的影响

A study on the influence of trimipramine to the symptoms of schizophrenia

目的 探讨抗抑郁药对精神分裂症症状的影响。方法 选择了66例在上海市精神卫生中心住院的慢性精神分裂症患者,符合CCMD-2-R精神分裂症诊断标准,以阴性症状为主,分为试验组(选用三甲丙咪嗪)和对照组,用SANS、BPRS、SAPS、TESS进行观察,并进行统计分析。结果 三甲丙咪嗪对阳性症状无明显疗效,对阴性症状显效率6.1％,总有效率30.3％。结论 提示三甲丙咪嗪对精神分裂症阴性症状有一定的治疗效果,估计其原理为:部分以阴性症状为主的病人可能存在5-HT、NE功能低下。

Objective To explore the influence of antidepessants to the symptoms of original ' antipsychotics, 66 schizophrenic inpatients were treated with trimipramine or placebo randomly and measured with SANS. BPRS, SAPS and TESS for 12 weeks. Results There were no reponses in positive symptoms, but the responder rate on negative symptom was 6.1 % showing significant difference with control group. Conclusions Trimipramine might have some benefits on the negative symptoms of schizophrenia.
