项目成本控制作为施工项目管理的具体内容,更能体现其绩效性,也是最为直接使用的手段。它遵循成本最低化、全面成本控制、目标管理以及责、权、利相结合和动态控制等五个基本原则,以通过组织、技术、经济等措施得以实现。
The project cost control taken as the idiographic content of the project management in constraction could more embdy the achievement and benefit, and it was also the most firsthand method. It fouowed five basic principles such as lowest cost, all-around cost control, goal supersive, making line with responsibility, authority and profit, and dunamic control and so on. It realized through the method of organization, technique and economy etc.
