摘要
研究目的:分析基础设施建设在土地利用上的特点和存在问题,提出促进基础设施建设土地合理利用的有关建议。研究方法:文献分析法,统计数据分析法。研究结果:基础设施用地在建设用地中占有很大比重,对耕地保护影响较大;基础设施整体发展落后,用地集约程度有待提高。研究结论:通过分析中国基础设施发展与土地利用的关系,提出了加强耕地保护、保障基础设施建设合理需求,促进基础设施合理用地的相关建议。
The purpose of the paper is to reveal the characteristics and existing problems and bring up suggestions and recommendations regarding the rational use of land resources during infrastructure construction. Methods employed include literature analysis and data analysis. The results indicate that infrastructure construction requires a large amount of land and has serious impact on cultivated land conservation. The development of infrastructure as a whole is lagging behind nowadays, and the land use shall be more intensive. In the end, the study suggests that cultivated land shall be better protected, requirements for infrastructure construction shall be satisfied, and land use shall be improved.
