针刺对雌性恒河猴垂体促性腺激素分泌水平的影响

Experimental Study on Effect of Acupuncture to Secretory Level of Prolan in Rhesus

实验选用雌性恒河猴１３只，其中实验组１０只，对照组３只。采用针刺刺激方法，观察针刺对恒河猴月经周期ＦＳＨ和ＬＨ分泌水平的影响。结果：实验组ＦＳＨ和ＬＨ峰上升的幅度有明显的抑制现象，２组峰上升速度的比较，经统计学处理，Ｐ＜０．００１；２组峰值增值变化的比较，经统计学处理，Ｐ＜０．００１。结果提示：针刺对雌性恒河猴垂体促性腺激素的分泌具有一定的影响，其作用机理，有待进一步观察。

rhesus were selected,10 in the experimental\ group and 3 in the control group.With the method of acupuncture,the effect to the secretory level of FSH and LH in the menstrual cycle of rhesus was observed.The result showed that there was an obvious inhibiting action to the ascending amplitude of FSH and LH in experimental group.The comparison of the ascending speed of the peak value between two group showed P<0.001.The comparison of increase of peak value between two group showed P<0.001.It indicates that the acupuncture has the certain effect to the secretion of prolan in rhesus which the mechanism needs further study.
