摘要 根据医院医疗服务现状,本文提出一种面向医疗智能化服务的设计方法,并利用计算机技术、语音技术、短信网关、数据库技术和集成技术,实现了远程医疗预约、医疗咨询、医疗关怀、电子导医、医疗提醒、医疗投诉、专家坐席和个性化等智能化的服务功能,并通过这些功能优化医疗服务流程,拓宽医疗服务领域,形成了医疗前、中和后的全程服务模式。系统投入运用一年多来,规范了医疗服务流程,提高了医疗服务效率,减少了医疗服务工作量,取得了良好效果。 Based on the status of medical service, an intelligence medical service system was designed. Supported by computer technology, speech technology, SMGW, database technology and integrated technology, long-distance medical reservation, medical consultation, medical care, electronic service, medical caution and complaint, and specialist's consultation were realized. After one-year operation, medical process was standardized, medical service efficiency was improved and workload was decreased.
