摘要
介绍了南京医科大学第一附属医院党委实施伦理查房的做法和体会,指出伦理查房是医院管理人员遵循伦理道德原则,坚持"以人为本"的医学人文精神,关注并维护患者的权益的有效措施,其对于提升医务人员的职业道德水平,构建和谐医患关系有着重要意义。
Experience of party committee ethic ward round in Affiliated Nanjing Medical University Hospital was introduced. Ethic ward round was an effective way to insure hospital staff obey medical ethic and patient benefits. It was important for improving staff moral and building harmonious hospital.
