摘要
结合华中科技大学同济医学院附属协和医院开展医患沟通工作的实践,分析"医患沟通"的概念、内涵、功能和方式,尝试从完善保障体系、明确沟通内容、把握沟通时效、多用沟通形式、善用温馨语言、落实沟通技巧六个方面初步探讨医疗机构医患沟通路径的构建。这对指导医疗机构更好地开展医患沟通工作,提高诊疗效果,促进医患和谐,早日实现陈竺部长提出的"小康看健康,健康护小康"的发展战略有着重要意义。
With the practice of Medical Provider-patient communication of Wuhan Union Hospital, the concept, meaning, function and forms were analyzed. How to construct positive Medical Provider-patient Communication path as well as security system promoting, content identifying, time exacting, multiple methods using, warm language expressing and skill applying were discussed. These were considered to guide medical institutions to better Medical Provider-patient Communication, improve treatment effectiveness, and promote patient harmony. It was important to achieve Minister Chen Zhu's " well-off look at health, health care of a well-off" strategy.
