摘要
取血清0.10ml,加入0.60ml饱和硫酸铵和0.30ml饱和硫酸银以沉淀蛋白质和氯离子,然后离心除去。在浓硫酸介质中,NO-3与麝香草酚反应生成硝基酚化合物,在氨碱性条件下,用示波极谱法测定。方法检出下限为4.8μg/L,相对标准差为3.3%—6.3%,回收率为95.7%—113.0%(x=104.2%),用该法测定了28例心脏病患者血清中的NO-3含量,结果为74.0±12.5μmol/L。
In 010ml of serum sample,060ml saturated(NH_4)_2SO_4 and 030ml of saturated Ag_2SO_4 are added to precipitate the proteins and Cl^-,and then centrifugalize to remove the precipitates.In the concentrated H_2SO_4 medium,NO_3^- reacts with thymol to form a nitrophenolic compound which is determined by oscillopolarography in ammonia alkaline medium.The method has a detection limit of 48μg/L and the RSDs of 33%~63%.The recoveries ranged from 957% to 1130% with an average recovery of 1042%.The nitrate concentrations of 28 serum samples from the patients with heart diseases have been determined by this method with the results of 740±125μmol/L.
