气单胞菌在熟肉制品及其销售器具中污染的调查研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文对气单胞菌在熟肉制品、销售器具中的污染状况及其该菌的致病性进行了研究。共采集样品303件,经检测有144件检出气单胞菌,阳性率高达47.2%,受试小白鼠致死率为55.6%。检测57株气单胞菌,能产生霍乱样肠毒素有6株占11%,产生甲型溶血素有36株占63%,产生乙型溶血素的有49株占86%,有50株能粘附人的“O”型血型。鉴于气单胞菌在熟肉制品中污染率之高和对人有致病能力,建议将气单胞菌列为常规致病菌检验项目之中。 Total 303 products of well-done meat were collected in this study, however aeromonas in 144 specimens were detected The positive rate ,which was that aeromonas in the specimens were detected, was 472%,and mortality rate for small white mouses was 556%Under detecting the aeromanas which was 57 strain ,it was 6 strain to product intestinal toxin of quasicholera ,it was 36 strain to poduct A hemolysis ,it was 49 strain to product B hemolysis ,and it was 50 strain to adhere to men′s a blood type which is the O blood group Authers suggested that aeromonas is profered as a routine item, which is a bacteria detection of pathogenicity
