气单胞菌在熟肉制品及其销售器具中污染的调查研究

A STUDY ON PRODUCTS OF WELL-DONE MEAAT AND IT IN MARKETING IMPLEMENTS WERE POLLUTED WINH AEROMONAS

本文对气单胞菌在熟肉制品、销售器具中的污染状况及其该菌的致病性进行了研究。共采集样品３０３件，经检测有１４４件检出气单胞菌，阳性率高达４７．２％，受试小白鼠致死率为５５．６％。检测５７株气单胞菌，能产生霍乱样肠毒素有６株占１１％，产生甲型溶血素有３６株占６３％，产生乙型溶血素的有４９株占８６％，有５０株能粘附人的“Ｏ”型血型。鉴于气单胞菌在熟肉制品中污染率之高和对人有致病能力，建议将气单胞菌列为常规致病菌检验项目之中。

Total 303 products of well-done meat were collected in this study, however aeromonas in 144 specimens were detected The positive rate ,which was that aeromonas in the specimens were detected, was 472%,and mortality rate for small white mouses was 556%Under detecting the aeromanas which was 57 strain ,it was 6 strain to product intestinal toxin of quasicholera ,it was 36 strain to poduct A hemolysis ,it was 49 strain to product B hemolysis ,and it was 50 strain to adhere to men′s a blood type which is the O blood group Authers suggested that aeromonas is profered as a routine item, which is a bacteria detection of pathogenicity
