摘要
为了解我市海产品镉的含量,我们对鱼类、软体动物类、贝壳类、甲壳类进行了调查。共查30种143份样品,平均含镉量分别:鱼类为0.041mg/kg((最高为0.07mg/kg);软体动物类为0.046mg/kg(最高为0.09mg/kg);甲壳类0.045mg/kg(最高为0.07mg/kg);贝类0.174mg/kg(最高为0.29mg/kg),说明我市海产品受到一定程度的污染,鱼类含镉量在国家标准(≤0.1mg/kg)范围内。贝类含镉量较高,调查6份扇贝样品,其含镉量均大于鱼的标准。根据调查结果,对海产品镉污染的危害和预防,以及贝类的镉允许含量等问题作了讨论。
