日照市海产品镉含量调查

A SURVEY OF THE CADMIUM CONTENT OF MARING PRODUCTS IN RIZHAO

为了解我市海产品镉的含量，我们对鱼类、软体动物类、贝壳类、甲壳类进行了调查。共查３０种１４３份样品，平均含镉量分别：鱼类为０．０４１ｍｇ／ｋｇ（（最高为０．０７ｍｇ／ｋｇ）；软体动物类为０．０４６ｍｇ／ｋｇ（最高为０．０９ｍｇ／ｋｇ）；甲壳类０．０４５ｍｇ／ｋｇ（最高为０．０７ｍｇ／ｋｇ）；贝类０．１７４ｍｇ／ｋｇ（最高为０．２９ｍｇ／ｋｇ），说明我市海产品受到一定程度的污染，鱼类含镉量在国家标准（≤０．１ｍｇ／ｋｇ）范围内。贝类含镉量较高，调查６份扇贝样品，其含镉量均大于鱼的标准。根据调查结果，对海产品镉污染的危害和预防，以及贝类的镉允许含量等问题作了讨论。

Cadmium content in 143 samples of marine products,which fall into 30categories belonging to fish ,mollusc shellfish or crustacean, were analyzedThe average contents of cadmium in fish , mollusc, shellfish and crustacean were 0041,0046,0045 and 0174mg/kg,respectively The highest contents in them were 007,009,007 and 029mg/kg, respectivelyThe cadmium contents in all 107 fish samples from 22 categories were below the maximum permitted level(010mg/kg) stipulated by national hygienic standard  The cadmium contents in all 6 samples of scallop were above 01mg/kg ,but it is difficult to make a hygienic evaluation to them because there is no a maximum permitted level of cadmium contents in shellfish in our country up to now The result of this investigation indicates that the marine products in this area have been polluted to some extent by cadmium and it is necessary to take some measures to control and decrease environmental pollution of cadmium
