流行性出血热病人乳酸脱氢酶及其同功酶动态变化

THE DENCY CHANGE OF LACTIC DEHYDROGENASE AND ITS ISOENZYME FOR PATIENTS OF EPIDEMIC HEMORRHAGIC FEVER

对８４例流行性出血热病人不同病期的１０８份血标本和２５例健康体检者血标本中的乳酸脱氢酶及其同功酶结果做了对比观察，流行性出血热病人乳酸脱氢酶在发病初期发热期明显增高（经ｔ检验，Ｐ＜０．０１），乳酸脱氢酶同功酶在出血热病人发病各期呈不同变化。说明乳酸脱氢酶可作为流行性出血热病人早期诊断指标，乳酸脱氢酶同功酶可用来观察出血热病期进展，为临床提供动态依据。

Results,which were lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) and its isoenzyme for 108 blood specimen to belong to 84 patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever(EHF) in different term and 25 healthy people,was comparedThe lactic dehydrogenase of patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever during early fever stage is very higher than other stagesIt has different change that the isoenzyme of LDH in different stagesNot only considered that the LDH is very good diagnosis indicatrix for early EHF,but also the isoenzyme of LDH can be applied as a indicatrix to observe development of EHF
