泛素-蛋白酶体途径与烧伤骨骼肌蛋白降解研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 严重烧伤后物质与能量代谢的显著特点之一是高分解代谢,可使机体迅速陷入负氮平衡状态。约占机体细胞总质量50%的骨骼肌作为人体最大的氮库,其分解消耗对机体无疑会产生巨大影响。骨骼肌蛋白过度分解不仅影响患者的运动和康复,而且容易引发肺部并发症或下肢深静脉血栓等。肌蛋白丢失的原因可以是合成减少,也可以是分解增加,或者兼而有之。本文主要综述烧伤后骨骼肌蛋白降解的研究进展。
