摘要
印刷包装行业中,由于凹印机张力控制系统中动力学模型变化大,张力-速度的强耦合,很容易造成控制系统的不稳定。如何降低张力-速度的强耦合,提高产品质量,成为凹印机张力控制的重要课题之一。通过建立凹印机张力控制系统的数学模型,在此基础上实现了对张力-速度的解耦控制,并对解耦效果进行了仿真,仿真结果表明该方法能降低张力-速度之间的耦合程度,改善系统的控制效果。
In the industry of pressing and packing, the tension control system of the gravure printing machine is faced with dynamic change of kinetic mode and strong coupling between tension and speed, these faclors are easy to reduce the stabilization of the control system . How to improve the strong coupling and raise the quality of the product, is one of the most important task for the control system of gravure printing machine. This paper establish the mathematical mode of the control system, based on the mode, decoupling control is realized for tension and speed, then test the decoupling effect with simulation, the result of the simulation shows that this method can improve the coupling degree and the control performance .
