摘要
主要对回流焊的温度控制系统设计中的嵌入式操作系统μC/OS-Ⅱ的任务进行研究;首先对回流焊硬件系统进行简单介绍,并对主要的硬件器件和电路做了说明,接着分析μC/OS-Ⅱ任务块的基本原理,然后阐述了任务管理的调度,最后着重讨论了针对回流焊的μC/OS-Ⅱ实时操作系统的任务划分以及三个任务之间的通讯实现;实际运行结果表明该软件系统稳定性好,可靠性高,人机界面友好,维护简单。
The mission of the operating system μC/OS-Ⅱ is studied aiming at the design of temperature control system for reflow soldering machinery, First, the reflow hardware system is introduced, and the main hardware devices and circuits are explained, then, the basic principles of μC/OS-Ⅱ task block are analyzed, and the scheduling of the tasks management is presented, finally focus on dividing the mission of μC/OS-Ⅱ real- time operating system aim at fellow soldering and realizing the Communication of the three tasks. Actual operating results show that the software system has the high stability, high reliability, friendly man machine interface, easy maintenance.
