摘要
二次电源在直流—交流,交流—直流过程中容易形成各种干扰噪声,产生严重的传导干扰和辐射干扰;直接影响了供电质量的好坏;为解决干扰问题,文中首先设计了DC/DC转换模块的输入和输出滤波电路,它能够有效的减小输入噪声和阻止二次电源向输入电源反馈的噪声,抑制了高频噪声的辐射干扰;其次完善了对机箱的电磁兼容设计:减小箱体与前、后面板接合面的接触电阻,以便形成低阻抗电流通路;安装合适的导电衬垫,防止强干扰源的辐射;最后对屏蔽技术中需要注意的几个问题进行了探讨;实验结果表明,文中提出的这些抗干扰设计的方法具有明显的效果。
The secondary electric source can cause various interference noises when direct current transforms into alternating current and alternating current transforms into direct current. These noises generate severe conducted interference and radiated interference and influence the quality of power supply directly. For solving the problem, the input filter circuit and output filter circuit of DC/DC conversion module are designed firstly. It reduces the input noises and feedback noises effectively and depresses radiated interference of HF noises. The electromagnetic design of cabinet which contains abating contact resistance and installing appropriate conductive gasket is perfected secondly. Masking technique is discussed at last. The result of experiment indicates these antl--interference designs are effective.
