摘要
在总结三线端口通信原理发展现状的基础上,详细论述了该通信方式在CO_2热泵热水器中热泵电控系统与水箱电控系统之间的数据发送和接收过程;该方法利用一根线作为数据线,其余两条作为电源线,并且利用电源线的一根作为公共线构成信号传送的回路,从而减少了通信线路,降低了产品成本;其通信过程主要由软件来控制,增加了系统设计的灵活性;实验结果证明三线端口通信性能稳定,纠错能力强,能满足水箱电控系统与热泵电控系统之间的通信要求。
Based on summary of the current state of the communication principle of three line ports, the process of transmitting data and receiving data between electronic control system of water tank and electronic system of heat pump are illuminated. This method mainly utilizes one wire as data wire, other two wires are used for power supply. A loop used for signal transmission is based on one of the two power supply wires in order to simplify the circuit. The communication process is mainly directed by software in order to increase the flexibility of the system design. Experimental results show that the performance of three line ports communication is stable and the ability of checking fault is strong, This communication can meet the communication request between electronic control sytem of water tank and electronic system of heat pump.
