磷胁迫下大豆叶片及根部超氧化物歧化酶酶谱的研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过营养液栽培试验,研究了低磷胁迫下4种不同磷效率基因型大豆叶片和根部超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)同工酶的酶谱.结果表明,大豆叶片和根部SOD同工酶含量在低磷处理第10天、20天、30天均比对照高,酶谱染色加深和谱带条数的增加,说明低磷胁迫增加该酶活性,磷高效基因型酶活性升高的幅度大于磷低效基因型. The active change and zymogram of Super Oxide Dismutase isozyme in leaf and root of 4 different phosphorus efficient genotypes soybean were studied under phosphorus stress with nutrient solution culture experiment. The results showed that the content of Super Oxide Dismutase isozyme in leaf and root of soybean was higher than that of the control on the tenth day, the twentieth day, the thirtieth day under phosphorus loss treatment, at the same time the zymogram dyeing is dark and the number of band is increasing, which showed that this enzymatic activity increases with phosphorus loss, and the increase in amplitude of enzymatic activity of phosphorus high efficient genotypes is stronger than that of phosphorus low efficient genotypes.
