葵花脱脂粕中绿原酸醇提工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了优化绿原酸的醇提工艺,用乙醇作用于葵花籽粕提取绿原酸,探讨乙醇浓度、浸提时间、pH值以及料液比对绿原酸提取率的影响.在单因素实验的基础上,设计了正交实验,用实用统计的方法对实验结果进行分析,得出最适的工艺参数,结果表明:乙醇浓度75%,时间1h,料液比1∶14,pH值3,绿原酸的提取效果最好,提取率达到1.32%. To opotimize the extraction process of chlorogenic acid in sunflower meal, the sunflower meal was tread by alcohol , studying the alocohol density , treatment time , pH and the ratio of solid to liquid how to influence the percentage of the amunt of chologenic acid in extraction . According to the orthogonal experiment to analyze the result of experiment , the optimal parameters were found. The optimum alcohol density was 75 % (1 : 1 v/v), the optimum time was lh, the optimun pH was 3, the optimum ritio of solid to liquid 1 : 14(g: ml), the percentage of amount of chlorgenic acid was up to 1.32 %.
