胃癌血清肿瘤标志物的检测及其意义的研究

Detection of Serum Tumor Marker for Gastric Cancer and Its Role in Peritoneal Metastasis of Gastric Cancer

目的:探讨血清肿瘤标志物与胃癌腹膜转移的关系.方法:收集35例胃癌伴腹膜转移患者血清标本并检测与胃癌相关的肿瘤标志物的水平.结果:CEA、CAl9-9、CA-125及CA72-4水平均有不同程度的升高,CA15-3在正常范围内.结论:联合检测CEA、CAl9-9、CA-125及CA72-4有助于提高胃癌及腹膜转移的检测率,而CA15-3在胃癌及腹膜转移中无指示作用.

Objective： To study the relation between tumor marker and peritoneal metastasis of gastric cancer. Methods：Tumor marker level was detected in 35 patients with peritoneal metastasis of gastric cancer. Results： The levels of CEA, CAD - 9, CA - 125 and CA72 - 4 were higher than that in normal persons, but CA15- 3 level was normal. Conclusion： The combined detection of CEA, CA19- 9, CA- 125 and CA72- 4 plays an important role in prognosticating gastric cancer with peritoneal metastasis. But, CA153 isn＇t helpful in prognostication.
