西替利嗪结合黄芪注射液治疗慢性荨麻疹46例疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Cetirizine Combined with Huangqi Injection Treating 46 Cases of Chronic Urticaria

目的:观察黄芪注射液结合西替利嗪治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效.方法:将46例患者随机分为两组,每组23例.对照组采用西替利嗪片治疗,1次10mg,1日1次,口服,10天为1个疗程.治疗组在西替利嗪片治疗的基础上加用中药黄芪注射液20 ml加入0.9%生理盐水250 ml静脉点滴,每日一次.结果:治疗组中有效22例,有效率95%,对照组有效17例,有效率73%,两组疗效比较P<0.05.结论:黄芪注射液结合西替利嗪治疗慢性荨麻疹有确切疗效.

Objective： To study the curative effect of Cetirizine combined with Huangqi injection treating chronic urticaria. Methods ：46 patients were divided into two groups randomly, each group consisting of 23 patients. Patients in control group were treated with oral Cetirizine, 10mg once, once a day and ten days regarded as a treatment course. Patients in treatment group were also treated with abovementioned therapy, and combined with intravenous dripx of 20ml Huangqi injection mixed with 0.9 % NS 250ml, once a day. Results： 22 patients in treatment group responded to the therapy and effective rate was 95 %. 17 patients in control group did and effective rate was 75 %. There was significant difference between the effective rates of two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The curative effect of new method is reliable.
