2型糖尿病患者运动依从性护理干预的效果评价

Evaluation on the Effect of Nursing Intervention on the Compliance with Movement for Patients with Type Ⅱ Diabetes

目的:探讨护理干预对2型糖尿病患者运动依从性的影响.方法:比较护理干预前后患者空腹血糖变化.结果:护理干预后62例2型糖尿病患者血糖均明显下降(P<0.05).结论:护理干预提高了糖尿病患者的运动依从性,改善了患者的生活质量.

Objective： To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the compliance with movement for patients with type Ⅱ diabetes. Methods：The levels of fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2h blood glucose, blood fat, blood pressure and body mass before and after nursing intervention were compared. Results：The level of blood glucose of 62 patients with type Ⅱ diabetes was obviously reduced （P 〈 0.05） after the treatment. Conclusion：Nursing intervention can improve the compliance with movement and the quality of life for patients with diabetes.
