胃复春片治疗慢性胃炎67例疗效分析

The therapeutic effect analysis of Weifuchun Pian in treating 67 chronic gastritis

目的分析胃复春片治疗慢性胃炎的疗效。方法将社区门诊确诊的67例慢性胃炎，服用胃复春片，每次4片，3次／d，温开水送服，3mo为一个疗程，治疗2个疗程评价疗效。结果胃复春治疗慢性胃炎临床症状缓解有效率86．56％，胃镜检查变化有效率83.58％，病理变化有效率74.63％，治疗一个疗程HP转阴率61．29％，尤其对改善中上腹胀、疼痛、嗳气等胃炎常见临床症状和中上腹部压痛具有明显效果。结论胃复春治疗慢性胃炎具有较好效果，无明显不良反应，可作为治疗慢性胃炎的推荐药物。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of Weifuchun Pian in treating chronic gastritis. Methods 67 diagnosed chronic gastritis patients in community clinic were given Weifuchun pills, 4 pills tid, taken with warm water, 3 months as one treatment course, and after 2 courses the therapeutic effect was evaluated. Results The clinical symptom release rate in treating chronic gastritis is 85.56%, the effective rate by gastroscopy examination is 83.58%, and pathological change rate is 74.63%, 61.29% of the HP infection changed to be negative after one treatment course. Weifuchun pills especially can improve the common chronic gastritis symptoms such middle-epigastric distention, pain, belching and middle-epigastric tenderness. Conclusions Weifuchun has good effects in treating chronic gastritis with no obvious side effects, and can be recommended as the drug of chronic gastritis.
