大力弘扬与培育的时代精神必须具有鲜明的时代性,作为社会主义核心价值体系组成部分的时代精神,必须充分体现当今时代的基本特性。要大力弘扬与培育以改革创新为核心的时代精神,就必须全面了解当今时代的丰富多变的特性,既要从国际的视角了解时代特征,也要从中国自身的角度,全面认识中国当前所处发展阶段的特征。要根据当今时代的要求去大力弘扬与培育时代精神。要全方位弘扬改革创新的时代精神,要培育中华民族时代精神的完整体系,要在大力弘扬中不断丰富与创新中华民族的时代精神。

The spirit of the times we are to vigorously promote and nurture must have its distinct contemporary characteristics. As a component of socialist core value system, the times spirit should fully reflect the basic features of the contemporary times. To fully promote and nurture the spirit of the times with reform and innovation at the core, the rich and varied characteristics of the current era must be comprehensively understood from both international and national perspectives.
