The Discussion of the Establishment of Chinese Fire Emergency Rescue Command System

公安消防部队作为政府应急救援力量,在应急救援活动中起着重要的作用,如何加强我国消防应急救援指挥体系建设,提高公安消防部队的抢险救援作战能力已成为保障社会稳定和国家安全的重大战略问题。对我国消防应急救援指挥体系建设的现状进行了分析,指出了当前存在的问题,提出了解决问题的途径。

Disasters and accidents happen frequently, and the public fire forces plays an important role in the emergency rescue action as the public security forces of the government. How to strengthen Chinese fire emergency rescue command system and how to improve public fire forces capacity in responding to the emergency rescue has become the major strategic issues concerning social stability and national security, this paper analyzes the current Chinese fire emergency rescue command system, pointing out the existing problems, putting forward the solutions to the problems.
