摘要 【目的】探讨同时性多原发结直肠癌的诊断与治疗方法。【方法】对同时性多原发结直肠癌28例进行回顾性分析。【结果】28例同时性多原发结直肠癌占同期收治结直肠癌的3%,其中以腺癌为主,癌肿位置以直肠、乙状结肠、升结肠居多。5年生存率为57.1%。【结论】术前结肠镜检查,术中仔细探查,术后定期随访复查是提高同时性多原发结直肠癌诊断率的关键,积极手术治疗以提高生存率。 [Objective]To investigate the clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of synchronous polyprimary colorectal carcinoma. [Methods]Twenty eight patients with synchronous poly-primary colorectal carcinoma were analyzed retrospectively. [Results] Twenty eight cases occupied 3% in all patients with colorectal carcinoma, most of them were adenocarcinoma which localized in rectum, sigmoid flexure, and ascending colon. The 5-year survival rate was 57.1%. [Conclusion] Preoperative colonoscopy and intraoperative exploration of whole bowel are the important methods to improve the diagnosis rate of synchronous poly-primary colorectal carcinoma. And positive and correct operation is helpful to improve the prognosis of patients.
