多孔砖抗折性能的数值模拟

摘要 对模拟混凝土多孔砖[1]抗折强度进行有限元数值模拟。分别模拟混凝土失效面和单轴受压时应力应变关系,结果清晰的反映了常规试验中不易获得的内部开裂破坏的过程和应力分布。对于理解砌体的开裂过程具有重要的意义,为多孔砖的拓扑形状设计提供了理论依据。 Based on simulating the mechanical performance of perforated concrete brick, the tensile strength of the perforated concrete brick under bending is analyzed with finite element method. Both failure section and stress-strain curve under uniaxial compression are simulated, to reflect the process of crack-crush inside the brick and stress distribution clearly, which is hardly to be got in test. The conclusion is significant to the analysis on the process of cracking, and provides the fundamental theory for the topology shape design of the perforated concrete brick.
