古城保护与城市交通优化协调发展研究——以古城西安为例

Study on Harmony Development between Historical Urban District Protection and Urben Traffic Improvement——Taking Ancient City Xi'an for Example

历史文化名城中古城区的交通问题已经成为急需研究的重要课题。在分析西安城市交通存在问题的基础上,对古城保护和交通改善的协调关系进行了探讨,提出了西安古城区的交通发展战略。分别从城市道路网、轨道交通、公共交通、停车设施建设四个方面对古城交通发展提出合理的建议,指出城市交通应该从提高道路资源的利用率上下功夫,为西安古城风貌的保护提供保障。

The modem transportation related to the protection of historical districts has been a essential topic that requires immediate solutions. Based on the existing traffic problems in ancient urban districts of Xi＇ an, the coordinated relations between the ancient urban district protection and traffic hnprovement are analyzed. First, some transportation development strategies for Xi＇an are proposed, including four aspects, i.e. the city road network, railway, transit traffic and the parking construction. Finally, it is pointed out that the urban transportation system should be improved by raising the road utilization for ensuring the historical districts in Xi＇an.
