摘要
为对氧化沟曝气设备的运行进行优化控制,确定最佳运行工况,为氧化沟的设计提供技术支持,以某水质净化厂的Carrousel氧化沟为实例,采用多参考系模型,通过三维数值模拟,研究了曝气转子的工作参数与氧化沟内流动特性之间的关系,分析了转子的混合推流作用和氧化沟内容易发生沉降的地方,比较得到了转子的基本水动力学特性。
Based on the Carrousel oxidation ditch of a wastewater renovation factory, the operating theory of the aeration impeller is studied by MRF model and 3-D numerical simulation to analyze the relationship between the operating parameter of the aeration impeller and the flow characteristic in the ditch. The mixing and propelling characteristics of the impeller and the sediment are also analyzed. Besides, the hydrodynamic characteristics of the impeller are studied by comparing with different models.
