在当前,失业保险在我国发挥了巨大的作用。但是制度中还存在着很多问题和缺陷,这将直接影响到失业保险保障作用的发挥,因此,进一步完善失业保险制度迫在眉睫。拟在回顾我国失业保险制度历史变革的基础上,对现行制度的问题和完善措施做一简要分析。
