针刺天池穴对家兔缺血心肌电活动影响的相对特异性的研究

STUDY ON RELATIVE SPECIFICITY OF THE EFFECTS OF ACUPUNCTURING TIANCHI POINT ON RABBITS' ISCHEMIC MYOCARDIUM ELECTRIC MOVMENT

本研究对33只用氯醛糖和乌拉坦麻醉的家兔进行了手针天池穴及前肢上臂非经非穴点对缺血心肌心外膜单相动作电位(MAP)的影响的观察。结果表明:针刺天池及非经非穴点均显著抑制缺血后MAPA的衰减,天池穴的作用明显优于后者(P均<O.05);针刺天池可明显抑制缺血后心肌复极时程MAPD_50、MAPD_90的缩短,促进其恢复,而非经非穴点的作用不明显。这说明心包经经穴对心脏功能活动的调整作用具有相对特异性。

The article reported the observation on the effects of acupuncturing tianchi point and no-channel point on the MAP of ischemic myocardium. The results showed that both could significantly inhibite the attenuation of MAP A of ischemic myocardium, the effect of tianchi point was better than the others (P<0. 05), Acupuncturing tianchin point could significantly inhibite the shortening of MAPD50and MAPD90, no -point's effects was not significant. All these suggested that there was relative specificity in the regulation effects of point on the pericardium channel on myocardium electric movement.
