摘要
为了探讨纯中药制剂抗糖灵治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病及防治其血管并发症的机理,观察了抗糖灵对肾上腺素所致高血糖模型小鼠、正常小鼠肝糖原的影响及小鼠因iv胶原蛋白——肾上腺素混合液诱发的小鼠体内血栓形成的保护作用。结果表明:抗糖灵口服液(28g/kg)有明显改善肾上腺素高血糖小鼠糖耐量(P<O.01)及提高正常小鼠肝糖原含量(P<O.01)的作用。同等剂量对小鼠iv胶原蛋白——肾上腺素诱发的小鼠体内血栓的形成有一定抑制作用(P<O.05)。由此提示,抗糖灵对Ⅱ型糖尿病有一定的降糖、防栓作用。
In order to discuss the mechanism of kangtangling treat diabetes and prevente complication, observing the effects of kangtangling on model mouse with hyperglycemia induced by adrenlin and normal mouse's hepatic glycogen and the preventive function on mouse' thrombosis induced by iv collagen-adrenelin mixture.
The results showed that kangtangling oral liquor could significantly improve the glucose tolerance of hyperglycemia mouse caused by adrenelin (P<0. 01) and increase the normal mouse's hepatic glycogen content (P<0. 01) inhibited the thrombosis in mouse (P<0. 05).
All these suggested that kangtangling had definitely hypoglycemic and antithrombosis function.
