摘要
本试验用华勃式微量呼吸检压仪连续测定了中华蜜蜂和意大利蜜蜂受精卵不同发育时间的耗氧量。结果显示:中、意蜂卵平均耗氧量的曲线趋势大致相同,都是随着卵的生长发育而增加,但中蜂平均蜂耗氧量明显高于意蜂;在26h和44h两个时间点,中、意蜂平均耗氧量出现突然下跌形成两个谷点。26h时的谷点可能是试验蜂卵"分化中心"作用结束的时间点,也就是在这时完成了胚胎的早期发育;而44h时谷点可能是胚芽已基本形成并准备进入成长的时间点。从而证明了中、意蜂卵期的呼吸代谢是受内在生理发育因素的调控。
This experiment was aimed to continuously detect the oxygen consumption volume of different developmental periods of fertilized eggs of Apis cerana cerana and Apis mellifera ligustica., using Warburgrespire-instrument. The results showed that: the curve trends of fertilized eggs' average oxygen consumption volume of Apis cerana cerana and Apis mellifera ligustica were almost the same., increasing as the growth and development of eggs. However, the average oxygen consumption volume of Apis cerana cerana was obviously higher than that of Apis mellifera ligustica; both of the average oxygen consumption volumes of Apis cerana cerana and Apis mellifera ligustica fell suddenly, coming into two saddle points at 26h and 44h.The saddle point at 26h might be the finishing time of the effects of experimental eggs' "differentiation center".The early developmental period of embryo was finished at that time. Whereas the saddle point at 44h was probably the time when the germ were basically formed and prepared to shape.These demonstrated further that the respiratory metabolism at egg developmental period of Apis cerana cerana and Apis mellifera ligustica was controlled by the inner physiological factors.
