制备条件对胶原蛋白膜透气性和透光性的影响 被引量:10

EFFECTS OF PREPARATION CONDITIONS ON WATER VAPOR PERMEABILITY AND TRANSPARENCE OF COLLAGEN PROTEIN FILM

摘要 胶原蛋白膜的性质与其制备条件有关,不同的制备条件得到的膜的性质相差较远.主要考察了胶原蛋白膜的浓度、成膜液的pH、成膜过程中的热处理温度、甘油的添加量以及干燥温度对胶原蛋白膜的水蒸气透过率(WVP)和透光率(T)的影响.结果表明:胶原蛋白浓度在6%时,制得的膜的水蒸气透过率较低,透光率较高;膜的水蒸气透过率和透光率则随着甘油添加量的增加逐渐增加;水蒸气透过率和透光率均随pH的增加逐渐降低;热处理温度50℃时,膜的水蒸气透过率有最小值,而膜的透光率则最大.自然干燥是胶原蛋白膜最好的干燥方法. The characteristics of collagen protein film have relationship with the preparation conditions. Different preparation conditions resulted in different properties of collagen protein film. The effects of the protein concentration, pH, treatment temperature, glycerin addition and drying temperature on water vapor permeabil- ity (WVP) and transmittance (T) of the film were investigated in this research. The results showed: the WVP of film was lower and T was higher as protein concentration is 6%. The WVP and T of the film gradually increased with the increase of glycerin addition and gradually reduced with the pH increase. When the material was treated at 50℃ , the WVP of film was lowest and the T value was highest. Natural drying is the optimal dry method for the preparation of collagen protein film.
