摘要
采用滤纸药膜法研究了苦皮藤素A、苦皮藤素B以及防虫磷3种药剂的乳油对嗜卷书虱和嗜虫书虱的毒力.苦皮藤素A对嗜卷书虱和嗜虫书虱的LD50值分别为1.062 0 g/m2和1.156 1 g/m2;苦皮藤素B对两种书虱的LD50值相应为0.190 3 g/m2和0.166 1 g/m2;防虫磷对这两种害虫的的LD50值为0.292 4 g/m2和0.320 5 g/m2.结果表明,与防虫磷相比,苦皮藤素A和苦皮藤素B对试验书虱都具有相应毒力,且苦皮藤素A对两种试验书虱的毒力小于防虫磷,而苦皮藤素B对嗜卷书虱和嗜虫书虱的毒力则大于防虫磷,同为苦皮藤素,其具体成分不同时对害虫的生物活性存在较大差异.
The tolerance of Liposcelis bostrychophila Bodonnel and Liposcelis entomophila (Enderlein) against malathion and two kinds of celangulin was examined by the method of insecticide-impregnated filter paper. Two kinds of celangulin such insecticides. The LD50 of L. celangulin A, 0. 190 3 g/m^2 as celangulin A, celangulin B, malathion. The exposure time was six hours for all bostrychophila and L. entomophila were 1. 062 0 g/m^2 and 1. 156 1 g/m^2 for and 0. 166 1 g/m^2 for celangulin B, 0. 290 3 g/m^2 and 0. 320 5 g/m^2 for malathion respectively. The results indicated that the effect of celangulin A against the booklouse was different from celangulin B. The toxicity of celangulin A to L. bostrychophil was lower than malathion, and that of celangulin B to L. bostrychophil was higher than malathion. The celangulin with different components has different toxicity.
