应用联合阻断肠系膜上静脉、脾动静脉和门静脉方法成功分离了胰颈与其后门静脉间存在的难以分离的粘连８例。分离粘连过程中，门静脉破损２～５处，裂口长约２～６ｍｍ，但出血量少且速度慢，均从容地予以直视下修补。作者认为采用这种联合阻断方法分离胰颈与其后门静脉粘连是安全有效的，有助于提高胰头肿瘤切除率。常温下一次阻断２０～２５分钟是安全的。
