魏书生管理模式的班级文化视角解读

The Interpretations of the Cultural Perspective of WEI Shu-sheng Class Management Model

从整体上考察魏书生的班级管理经验，本文提出了魏书生管理模式的概念。在此基础上，又重点考察了蕴涵在该模式中的班级文化的构成要素、运行机制及发展历程，并从而指出了这种认识对于班级文化建设实践的指导意义。

From the whole inspection of WEI Shu-sheng class management experience, this paper gave the concept of WEI Shu-sheng management model. On this basis, the study also highlighted class cultural elements, operation mechanism and development process. And thus the paper pointed out that the awareness is of guiding significance to manage a class.
