秸秆生物发酵块状饲料生产与应用

摘要 本研究将玉米秸秆经粉碎,利用"饲源神"微贮素发酵,制备秸秆发酵块状商品饲料,块状饲料为方形块状,水分≤13.5%,粗蛋白质≥10.5%,粗纤维素≤20.0%。用以饲喂8月龄夏洛来牛与本地牛杂交肉牛,试验1组、2组较对照组增重率分别提高35.0%和34.5%。 Ground corn stalks were fermented with "Siyuanshen", a microbial silage starter, to produce the cubic pellets, such commercialized feed pellets contain moisture of less than 13. 5%, crude protein of greater than 10. 5%, crude fiber of less than 20. 0%. Fattening trial was conducted with 8-month-old crossbreds of Charolais and native cattle, the average daily gain of group 1 and 2 fed with cubic pellets increased by 35.0%and 34.5%, respectively, with comparison to that of control group.
